Refund Policy

Jerbs isn't a trial. You pay once, we help you write a cover letter drawn from your story. If it turns out to be ineffective — you actually used it and it didn't improve the responses you were getting — we'll refund you in full.

What "ineffective" means

You applied to jobs using the letter (or the material in it). Over enough applications to be meaningful, your response rate didn't improve. That's grounds for a refund.

What it doesn't cover:

• You read the letter once and didn't like the feel of it.
• You changed your mind after paying.
• You didn't get the specific job you applied to — no cover letter can guarantee a specific outcome.

How to request

Email hey@slickstu.com with:

• The letter Jerbs generated for you.
• Roughly how you used it — number of applications, time span.
• Your response rate before vs. after, approximately.

No audits, no forms. A good-faith picture that the experiment ran and didn't work. We'll refund the $29 to the original payment method; usually appears within 5–10 business days.

Automatic refunds

A few cases get refunded without the write-up:

• The generation failed for technical reasons and we couldn't fix it.
• You couldn't reach your dashboard or read the letter.
• You email us within 24 hours of purchase, before starting the interview.

Window

60 days from purchase. Enough for a real job-search cycle. After that, we still want to hear if something's wrong — email us.
